I love spring. I love fresh herbs. I love lemon and I love mustard. So I thought putting them together to create a yummy sauce wasn’t that bad of an idea.

Makes about ½ cup

  • 4 tbsp. soy yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • fresh herbs, chopped
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Mix soy yoghurt, mustard and herbs together and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Yum. Enjoy.
