This yoghurt is about what Tzaziki is in Greece and Raita is in India. It is served with almost every rice dish and a real good thing.
Makes 1 Cup
- 150 g soy yoghurt
- 1/4 cucumber, grated
- 1 tsp. dried mint, pulverised
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
Mix all the ingredients together and serve with Persian Rice dishes.
